I’m a collage artist based in Scotland, transforming recycled magazines and paper into intricate, one-of-a-kind artworks.
My creative process revolves around repurposing discarded materials—turning what others throw away into something meaningful and valuable. I don’t just cut and glue; I sift through hundreds of magazines, searching for the perfect colors, patterns, and hidden gems that bring each piece to life. It’s a time-intensive yet deeply rewarding journey, where limitations become opportunities for creativity.
Recently, through commissions, I’ve been experimenting with new mediums and techniques, including spray paint, stencils, and mixed media. From a distance, my work appears as a cohesive image, but step closer, and a whole new world emerges—hidden stories, unexpected connections, and layered narratives waiting to be discovered. Each piece invites the viewer to engage, to explore, and to become part of the puzzle.
Happy puzzling!
