I love how scenic our beautiful country is, and in particular the scenery around my home town of Dunoon on the Cowal Peninsula!

I work mainly with oils and acrylics and I enjoy the weight that comes with using 18mm prepped board for my works. I also paint on canvas and I’ve captured some local scenes around Cowal, in my works,  including the Holy Loch and Loch Eck. I hope you like what I’ve created.

I’ve just recently expanded my horizons somewhat, and I’m tentatively exploring an interesting idea that I’ve had which involves developing my “A man walks into a bar” series of works. I will add some of this artwork  soon…… I hope you’ll see and appreciate why I’m intrigued by this new work.
