Inspired by the ever changing shapes, I plug directly into the dynamic Scottish landscape & seascapes with passion and commitment to create my Vibrant Art
Located in the warm, wet, west. Hunters Quay on the Cowal Peninsula, overlooking the adjoining waters of the Clyde, Loch Long, Holy Loch and Gairloch, where each minute of changing weather gives a bounty of dynamic inspiration…
Recently moved from the East Neuk coast in Fife, Scotland, where the sun shines like Southern California and sea glitters like psychedelic diamonds, you can’t help being drawn to the ever changing shapes… Subtle and wild…
How do I work? I use a gelli plate…
Not your crafty leaf printing ‘journal’ style (though they are good if you like smooth.)
It’s a huge home made one – A2 size, with pits, bubbles, scratches and flaws.
I love it!
If it gets too pitted, I cut it up, melt it down and make another,
If I get hungry – I eat it!
I’m crazy ’bout that gelli. The best gelli plate in town….
